I'm pretty sure Bruno and Ruddock were in their prime AND competent.

People act like Lennox boxed him, Lennox fought Tyson fight in a wild brawl and gave him the ass whooping of his life...

Lennox Lewis was one of the few heavyweights who? Was not afraid of Mike Tyson or any heavyweight outside of the ring. He was completely unfazed by Rid**** Bowe, when he also attempted to intimidate him.

Mike Tyson fought a courageous fight that night vs Lennox Lewis, it was quite a good fight in my opinion.

tyson fan here but i heard even in their early career, they sparred before and lewis got the better of tyson. this is why they kept tyson away from guys like lewis until towards the end of tyson's career.

Are you from the UK???? I ask because I've never met anyone outside the UK who thought Bruno was anything but trash. The seem to consider him a legend there though...

Don't have to believe me, just asked Atlas and whose who at that time in the HW division. Its pretty well known dude. Tyson peaked WAY EARLIER then Lewis, he also was not good at using his length when he was younger.

Its actually the reverse but hey everyone is revisionist nowadays. Tyson was avoided because most fighters peaked later not earlier.

Tyson could never beat Lewis. Not even in his prime.

                      - -Older and more sissy enough to delay his Pro debut 4 yrs and wait until Mike was a shell of his prime.
