This is true. Both Bjs/Callum smith were "Nelo would never fight those 2 ,too strong, big powerful" in smiths' case,& in BjSaunders case they said "he would give him trouble because hes too slick & nelos kryptonite". Both would get dropped in route to a ko/UD. It has gotten to the point where Canelo would be a huge favorite over everyone below lhw,& he would be a favorite over Bivol, Beterbieve would be a pickem fight imho.

Want to build that GGG fight? Have him fight on undercard and earn it in a real fight.

Otherwise Canelo versus Plant or Smith at 168. BOOK IT !
I also hope Canelo picks his opponent soon, Most of the top 160-175 pound fighters who don't have a scheduled fight, will be inactive until they see who Canelo picks.

Bellew is right about Canelo not taking the bait. Anyone who has followed Callum's career knows he fights to his level of opposition. Ryder had a swarming head in your chest style that Canelo does not have. Smith is still too risky of a fight for Canelo. I've said this before and I'll say it again. Smith needs to forget about Canelo and try to lure either Benavidez or Plant for a big money fight at 168 or he needs to move up to 175. If his poor performance against Ryder is not enough to bring in a Canelo fight, then he is going to have to corner the Mexican superstar into fighting him by beating a marquis dangerman.

No one is buying Canelo v Smith outside of the UK this is only a big fight for Smith and a massive let down for a Cinco De Mayo fight

Bellew actually needs to disappear from boxing, he is like a chronic disease to the sport that can’t be cured. Didn’t he say we will never see him again after Usyk?

Smith didn't look phenomenal at all, in fact, most viewers thought he lost. What chance does he have against Canelo as well as the other super middleweight champions? He would be a big underdog.

Smith is another fighter who fights to the level of the opposition.
