Joshua might be the most successfull manufactured HW champ of all time, his best win was against an over the hill-already beaten Vlad, but he was seen as some ATG talent by his fans. Joshua appeared at the right time, boom of social Media and a weak HW division made it a lot easier for Hearn to market his Nigerian Prince to the general British public.

I think he is very heavy handed and has accuracy with his shots. He will hurt any HW. But he doesn't have crushing power.

Lenox straight right was harder than anything that he throws.

AJ does have a tricky short left hook that he throws that can put any fighter in trouble.

He definitely has power but the ref used to jump in a lot in his early fights especially

Even with Takam, he threw a combination that missed, Takam was using head movement Iron Mike would’ve been proud of when the ref jumped in.

Charles Martin could’ve beaten that count but he just knew he couldn’t win and stayed down.

He can definitely crack though, but it’s not big one punch power like Wilder.

AJ's punches have heavy thudding power, which he actually executes in quick succession. He doesn't however, have Deontay Wilder put you to sleep power.

Good point Larry. The same folks who lauded AJ as the 8th Wonder of the World, would criticize the likes of Joe Calzaghe for having a lot of ref stoppages.

Who exactly has Deontay put to sleep other than Stiverne?

Lennox's straight right is completely overrated.

i remember him teeing off on a glass jawed Frank Bruno with his "straight right" and couldn't put him down once.
