Lol this isn't KSI/Paul where you get time to recover from a legit knockdown like it's a lowblow. I think they were just referring to the fact that since the round was over and THEY thought he beat the count he should be entitled to his 1 minute rest period between rounds. Thats the time to recover they meant. I however think he was done.
