PPV question for people outside the uk

People were speaking about the production values of the fox broadcast in another thread and it got me thinking about how disgusting it is that Matchroom run advertisements during pay per views. Like proper full blown cut to ad's between rounds like a free show. It wasn't like this here back in the day unless my memory is playing tricks on me so I was just curious if it's only Matchroom ripping the arse out of it like this or others? I miss Friday night fight night when they would show the odd's and give boxxing news and wheel out segments like the crazy race horse guy and make it an actual show/nights entertainment on free tv and of course would be crazy to expect that for free now but damnit if I am paying I should at least not get adverts after the fights start.

Yeah they do this **** on DAZN too which is annoying considering I have paid for it but usually it's just promotion for another fight or something which is understandable but I hate when I can't hear what's going on in the corner no matter how big the fight is.
