Canelo not happy with DAZN making him wait until after the UFC show

Canelo is not happy at all and he's going to have a talk with John Skipper

Moral lesson is to never bow down to that ****** clown Dana White, who always keeps injecting himself into the sport of boxing as if he's got power to influence anything.

I mean, the Garcia fight ended so fast. We’ve seen the UFC time their mains around boxing before as well. He can be as mad as he wants but it was a good move for the fans. Badly wanted to see both fights and I’m glad DAZN waited. The UFC was ready to throw their main event on quicker. We’ve seen boxing mains be delayed by quick results before it’s not like it’s new.

Blame Ryan Garcia for merking dude in seconds lmao.

Kinda sucks if you’re Canelo and Kova but it was the right move.

For what they are paying him he should have no concerns or issues or shhh to be upset about. For that 36 million he should be talking them up and expressing his unconditional love to DAZN..shhh give me one of those checks and I’ll stand outside eddies house for five years in rain and cold weather in the same clothes with a smile on my face

          It felt very minor league.
They really didn’t have a choice but to go on that date though. They wanted to make sure it was more than 30 days from Joshua/Ruiz 2 and the fight was made so late there weren’t any other weekends.
Normally boxing and UFC try and avoid each other but this was an outlier. I’m sure Dana White got a good laugh out of DAZN having to kill so much time.
I understand Canelo’s anger as it’s a bad look for him but it had to be done to maximize views.

Its a good reality check for him. Hes not as popular as a fight between two not so popular fighters. Diaz and the other dude arent even on McGregor or rousey level of popularity and ginger had to wait after their fight lol

Do you still owe robbie money OP?

This take is weird. People act like DAZN is giving him money for doing nothing. Like he didn't earn that money. Like it's not a beneficial partnership for both parties.

Maybe DAZN should shut up and listen to Canelo since he's the one bringing in most of their American revenue

The rich and powerful Canelo is upset. What's he going to do? Go somewhere else and make more than 365 million for 11 fights?

Yea. He could make that at PBC.
