Any information on ticket sales from people who aren't getting their flights & hotels paid for by Eddie Hearn?
How are ticket sales going for the Saudi Arabia fight?

No idea but I did think it was interesting how Saudi Arabia was being advertised during wilder Ortiz.
It was advertising visiting Saudi Arabia in general and how easy to get a visa - with absolutely no mention of AJ / Ruiz (or Tyson fury for that matter!!)
My initial thoughts were it must be sold out but that was only based on the way it was advertised -

One of the biggest reasons this fight wasn't at MSG was because it would look bad for AJ when it didn't sell out. The last time 13k brits came and it was basically a holiday for brits in the lead up to summer.
They wouldnt be flying out in early December when they have christmas to pay for. when brits fly to NY it's usually after Christmas or New Year. Plus i doubt 13k fans would come after he lost the first. The novelty alone wears off.
Ruiz was demanding the rematch takes place at the MSG or mexico because it was that whole PBC agenda to make matchroom/aj look ****.
Result, Hearn pulled out Saudi.
Ruiz still resorted to publicly saying he hadn't agreed to the fight in Saudi and that Eddie Hearn was LYING.
What happened was these clowns realised if they do rejectand act as negative press for saudi, they'll lose their share of the billions the saudis will put in hosting big fights.
so of course fox/pbc will be happy to lick saudi arses and have saudi ads playing.
just another reason why i cannot stand al haymon...and in an ideal world the dumb saudis wouldnt pump money into pbc fights. They don't deserve it, none of the american promoters do, Bob arum especially.Comment

1300 never flew out never mind 13,000. He’s no Ricky Hatton mate😂One of the biggest reasons this fight wasn't at MSG was because it would look bad for AJ when it didn't sell out. The last time 13k brits came and it was basically a holiday for brits in the lead up to summer.

You think the arena sold out because americans came to it? That msg card was a sell outbecause 13000 british fans came out.
That number wasn't mentioned once, it was mentioned many times over before and after the fight. There was a lot of buzz around that fight and people say 'it was like fighting in the uk'.
Fury has struggled to sell tickets once his uk fans stopped coming out.
down the line aj won't be selling out arenas in the US unless they're mega fights. The novelty wears off.Comment

Mentioned not proven. There was nowhere near 13,000 brits there.😂😂You think the arena sold out because americans came to it? That msg card was a sell outbecause 13000 british fans came out.

The UK fans never really came out for Fury. I was at both the Klitschko and Wilder fights and I’d confidently predict less than 1000 traveled to the US. More went over to Germany but that’s only a short flight.
The only British fighter who had fans travel in their droves was Hatton. I don’t think any Brit will replicate that anytime soon tbh.Comment
