Just watched the fight. Ryder made Callum Smith miss so much. Put pressure on, landed big shots. And the 11th and 12th he clearly won which made me give him the fight. At the worst..could've been a draw but I don't believe Callum Smith really deserved any win.

Certainly a Ryder win.

What did Smith even do in the fight? If a guy is putting consistent pressure on you like Ryder, then i believe you have to at least be able to stop him by controlling the distance, slowing down the pace etc. You have Make it seem like ineffective pressure, which he did not. Ryder was effective with the pressure and could basically put Smith wherever he wanted him.

Smith couldn’t do anything with Ryder and i wouldn’t say he even landed the better shots.

All he did was landed a few jabs now and then and a few right hands over the course of the fight, but that was it.

Smith is an overrated coward.

Canelo probably saw that and wish he would have fought Smith instead of Fielding last year for his december fight. Probably didnt realize Smith was that terrible, he looked better against other uber drivers.

The much bigger man being bullied around, pushed to the ropes consistently, and hammered with combinations of clean shots. That isn't a good look, or any way to win points. He looked uncoordinated, scared and gangly at times.
