Hell yeah I want Canelo to fight Beterbiev! Canelo is a talented fighter and should only be fighting the best available opposition. So either lineal champs or guys with major titles only. He has the clout to make it happen and win or lose his stock will go up amongst the fans of the sport. The haters will always hate so just ignore them. Though not everyone being critical of Canelo is a hater and some of their arguments and critiques are valid.

I am a Canelo fan just disappointed that with all his clout and talent he has decided to fight for lesser titles. Other Canelo fans are acting like they don't want him to take risks and no one is asking him to fight in a division he hasn't already fought in. It would be amazing for Canelo to set a standard that in the past was filled with catchweight champs and fight Smith for lineal at 168 and Beterbiev at 175 for lineal. Maybe hold all 3 at the same time. That would be amazing! Even if he lost it would be hard to not respect the man for taking those risks.

Well the judges are always bias when canelo fights. That's not an excuse its the truth. Look at the fight stats and polls in the golovkin fights.
