We all ready for the Mike Coppinger Tweet.

It will be coming. Wilder v Ortiz 2 did 2.5million PPV buys.

Im not really bothered how well or bad it did, i dont actually care about any of that, or money the fighters may make. But i dont see why they need to lie about them.

Not even bars where buying this fight. I called around to see cause I didn't want to pay the 75 bucks for it, nobody was showing it. So I ended up buying it.

What would i be mad about? Im just wondering why the PBC will lie in the next couple of days trying to convince ppl that Wilder is some sort of mega star. The truth cant be hidden anyway, we already know tickets didnt sell and PPV sales wont be impressive but we will be fed tales of how amazingly well the tickets and PPV's did and Wilder is a super star. Why lie? Who are they trying to compare him to?

Wilder did great last night. He has a right to be considered the number 1 Heavy in the division. I feel he has a chance to beat anybody put infront of him. But thats all going to be drowned out by utter nonsense. We are already seeing the WILDER BEATS A PRIME MIKE TYSON AND OTHER ATG's Threads. His dumb ass fans are spoiling his efforts last night already.

It will be Monday and he'll say 500K PPV buys and the real numbers will be released on Thursday like they usually do.

They will never release the real numbers. What will happen is, someone will "leak" that the fight "did around 200k" or something and then after that cover story goes around to 20 different websites, it somehow becomes fact. They've been doing this for years now with Canelo's fights too. This fight probably sold under 100k and they know that. But that is bad bargaining if they want to get a bunch of money from AJ and Hearn so they will lie about the numbers. They won't tell us the real live gate either because the tickets were going at 80% off the original price. Plus the comped tickets hahah. So the attendance numbers are off too. I agree, I hate that they do this and it's so unnecessary but apparently that's where we are these days. They have to manufacture heroes instead of making them the old fashion way. Ortiz was at least 40 and possibly 45-50 and Wilder was losing every round. Imagine he fought anybody else in the top 30 that way?

Coppinger and the rest of the PBC media manipulation shills will lie about the numbers with some fake expanded figure. The motive is simple. To create the hoax illusion that Wilder is some kind of mega star (he's not even close) so they can have leverage to dictate terms to Hearn and Joshua, in order to keep ducking Joshua while still retaining hope they can transform Wilder into a money maker with more fixed dives like we saw last night. Pure and simple.

If you go to the PBC website you can search for bars that are showing the fight in your area.
