Ortiz was giving him a boxing 101 lesson. kinda sucks when all you rely on is power. and I guess judges in this case.
In instances when that happens, they hold the bell until the fighter beats the ten count.

That’s why before the fight they say that a fighter can only be saved by the bell in the final round. They mean it literally.

A good and a pressure fighter will take wilder out.. ortiz was scared even when wilder was hurt... and he doesn't even have to move closer to him... he didn't move in that 7 round like he did from the beginning

He proved me wrong again. I thought he was going to lose. Respect where respect is due. He is the hardest punching heavyweight I have ever seen and 10 title defences....the Eddie Hearn minions be damned, this man is a hall of famer right now. If you don’t like it, *** ya feelins

And the punch he got caught with was much too flush. Those types of mistakes are magnified against a guy with Wilder's power.

Ortiz was almost pitching a shutout and kept standing in front of Wilder

Nope not always, especially in champion fights the rules are different.

Great right hand from Wilder. Ortiz made he same mistake again.

Wasn't worried for one second that Wilder would win. Did anyone think anything else?
