Even with the new acceptable levels of Clen for Mexican boxers, Luis is PATHETIC. The WBC should strip him of his rankings, with all the pardons that hes been afforded. If Nery beats Rodriquez, Luis cant win the WBC 118 pound strap from the champ Nordine Oubaali missing weight.

This is the second time Nery misses weight, just this year alone. Clearly 'Pantera' is a weight-bully, he has no excuse to not be fighting at his natural weight, 122 or featherweight.
