        Balance and punch absorption. It's not the fat, as much as it is the overall mass. Sudden weight loss can also have a negative affect on your conditioning and hydration. Remember, Stiverne almost died after the first Wilder fight due to dehydration.

            In any event all the blah blah about the new svelte champ boils down to a mere 10 lbs or so. He's still a dough boy at least 20 lbs over chiseled

                  AJ dropping weight, which usually means he cruising for a decision win. At the same time, that could zap his endurance. That could go in in his favor, because Ruiz is doing the same.

                  Which begs the question: Is this next fight a photo op or a boxing match?
