Spence should be very grateful he still has a head to take pictures of. I see nothing there that shows any structural surgery so thats a good sign. I know weve been told hes all good but theres always a lingering doubt when its virtually radio silence from a social media busy kind of guy.. Will be good to see him back in the ring and i hope this has knocked a bit of sense in to him.

His mouth shows signs of surgery, the right side from the corner of his lip to his chin appears there was a scar there......Judging from these pics they may have let spence heal weeks before this perp shot

Yeah those aren't recent cuts for sure. The timeline may add up that this was taken after he was out of the hospital and went to turn himself in for DUI charges. It seems like eyeballs can stay red for a while after the initial trauma.
