Skipper basically admits Wilder Haymon want a fixed Joshua fight

DAZN boss Skipper said Wilder and Haymon want a better relationship with Hearn and DAZN before they make the fight. Very easy to interpret what that means. They want to rig the fight so Wilder loses no value. They know Joshua destroys Wilder easily and it's the end of their profits.

So Haymon wants to forge a relationship with Hearn and DAZN so they can rig AJ vs Wilder so that they both up value each other.

This "build a relationship" BS is ridiculous. Ali and Frazier didn't need a relationship to make their fight. Nor did Ali and Foreman. Or Duran and Leonard. Or Lewis and Tyson.

Wilder and Haymon only will commit to fight Joshua if they can rig it so their sack of shi7 fraud doesn't lose any value or future earning power.

That's what Kovalev did with Canelo. He has a contract with DAZN negotiated as part of the fight package.

BoxingScene.com spoke to Bob Arum after the Tyson Fury-Otto Wallin press conference and the Top Rank CEO clarified that the 3 fight contract will only be valid if Kovalev loses to Alvarez.

"Well that is not correct," said Arum when asked about the report. "What is correct is that we will wait for the announcement for the fight but Kovalev, if he loses to Canelo, he will have two come back fights (on DAZN) but if he wins he goes back to Top Rank and ESPN."

They all knew Kovalev was rigged to lose to Canelo. Not only the $14m but two more DAZN fights was part of the reward. The Back to Espn BS was just a BS to cover the agreement that Kovalev was throwing the fight.

Yeah it's open to interpretation but yours seems to be the most realistic one. I wonder how much the two come back fights are worth. I'm betting more than Arum could have got for a beaten fighter at the end of his career.

Yup I do. I think Kovalev knew full well he was going to lose that fight and he covered his ass. Short turn around from his last fight. He had to know he was on the down side of his career. Rehydration clause. Possibly a sore hand going into the fight. Then the lack of real punching allegedly. I say allegedly because I did not watch the fight because I consider it a farce. A career high pay day Then this deal with DAZN. He may have decided at some point to just go with the flow. I don't think there was a hard and fast agreement to lose going in but it sure looks like he just didn't try. That's my take on it. They were hiring someone to lose and he fit the job description.

And Kovalev has the motive to throw the fight, he's 36 and at the end, and he sexually assaulted two women who are both looking for million dollar settlements. He's compromised. And the half hearted effort was obviously a tank. The training camp video showed Kovalev hitting the heavy bag far harder than any punch he threw to Canelo.

                Obvious fix.

And if you are awake to all the fraud and corruption in American boxing you can easily see what a fraud pretender Wilder is. And Floyd was. But you have to be awake and you have to have some ability to think on your own and see through the propaganda and narratives they try to brainwash you with.

LOL, Build a relationship? What a load of crap. All this nonsense is just BS excuses for the duck. "We want to fight Anthony Joshua but we have to have a stronger relationship before that fight can be made". How many excuses has Wilder, his team and his fans come up with for Wilder refusing to fight Anthony Joshua now? Wilder and his team are a god damn joke.

Worst thing is i think Wilder beats Joshua, Imagine how Wilder would be sat now as undisputed if hed taken one of Joshua's many career high money fight offers.
