USADA never "cleared" the shot... no matter what Bob Arum tells you.

Got caught with drugs in the dressing room and made up a fake injury for cover. Quick thinking by Bob but they underestimated the ******ity of *******s bringing a class action lawsuit. So more lying about the injury and a fake non invasive surgery that didnt require recovery or rehabilitation.
