What I don't like about making young guys champs is that they wont face top competition and all we'll hear is that he's good and needs to develop. So why rush them to get a strap.

What do you expect!!?? he is a bum himself, I would not be surprised at all if Spike O'Sullivan beats him or stops him.
There are other boxers that are waaayyy above Munguia and they have not faced good opposition either. Namely Charlo, BJS & Andrade.
