Nevada State Athletic Hearing today concerning Eddie Hearn's Ali Act Violations

The NSAC will hold a hearing today concerning the Ali Act Violations committed by Eddie Hearn commission shopping for the Chavez Jr vs Jacobs fight.

Chavez Jr was visited by VADA and he refused to take the test. He was suspended by the NSAC. Eddie Hearn went to find a commission that would ignore the NSAC suspension. A violation of the Ali Act.

While they are at it they should check why he's claimed or hinted broadly that in order to fight a DAZN fighter the opponent has to sign with DAZN. Pretty sure that a direct violation of the Ali Act.

Then there is that mess in England with the gloves used by Whyte vs Rivas. He's not the trainer but it's his fighter and he knew about it.

Pbc hood boys trying their best

Don’t throw stones in a glass house

Everyone knows Hearn is great for boxing, he ended Haymon and his goons and they will won’t relent on here

Lol Hearn is some. He has to be the worst promoter in boxing at this point. He has no idea what he’s doing and if Ruiz wins again he’ll be back in UK putting domestic fights. He doesn’t care if a fighter tested positive or had dirty gloves. First Whyte now Chavez just shows you the type of character he is. I know DAZN officials are slapping themselves for doing business with this clown

Interesting news....although it's no surprise that any UK based promoter could fall foul of the Ali Act.

I always thought the Ali Act was primarily there to demarcate the boundaries between a manager and promoter, so that no one person could be both a fighter's promoter and manager (think Don King, on Don King and his proxy, Carl King).

I wasn't aware the Ali Act had other functions to it....I suppose Eddie Hearn could be forgiven for not knowing all of its provisions (although that's what lawyers are for).

Oh yeah, and Hearn is a scum bag...but hey, its boxing.
