Wilder has done his part in ticket sales,Ortiz just couldn't dance along....if the do 350k ppv, its a massive sales.
Otherwise showtime is going to be celebrating not making another loss on wilder.

If Wilder defeated Ruiz they would be billing it as a huge win. Ruiz would be Wilders second best win but since AJ fought him he's the Kool aid Man ,never seen such delusional. Ha

Only AJ. Nobody cares about Whyte or Kownaki

I’d rather the Ortiz rematch than those two

I have no post on this site calling for the boycott of dazn, nor am I interested in the whole PBC vs dazn mess... the whole back n forth is getting toxic and has really ruined the site. and this thread is trash

I think this is a reflection on boxing in general, especially in USA.

Canelo is the biggest draw in boxing (apparently), but he couldn’t shift all the tickets for his last fight. It was nowhere near full.

People are just not that interested. They will watch on TV or catch up when they can, especially when you see some of the ticket prices.

Ortiz isn’t a draw at all and Wilder v Ortiz is not on anyones radar apart from avid boxing fans, despite the promotion. To sell out arenas, you need fights that cross over and usually the A-side needs a dance partner that can do their share.

To your casual fan, Wilder is rematching an old man he already knocked out. It’s hardly going to get them snapping up tickets.
