At least he didn't come up with the:

I had a broken arm, diarrhea and was pregnant for the fight like Wilder said when he lost to Fury.

"I wasn't Knocked Out by Wilder"

Wasn't KO'd??? So Wilder should have been awarded a verdict of "Winner By Complete Fatigue!"

Yes, he would have. The ref was right to wave it off after the second knockdown. I was almost surprised he didn’t stop it after the first. But, for whatever it’s worth, Ortiz really was visibly spent. It’s hard enough not to go down from those bombs, let alone when you’re exhausted.

Honestly, this could end even worse for Ortiz.

Their first fight, I'm going to throw out some random think about facts.

Wilder had the flu during training and came in at a career low of around 214-216lbs. He still had a sledge hammer to drop Ortiz. Ortiz came in almost 250lbs and couldn't drop Wilder at that low of weight.

Ortiz is older now yet looks in the best shape of his career, meaning he'll weigh even less this time around. Wilder shouldn't have a flu and have more of a proper weight of around 225lbs. This means they are going to meet even closer within weight of each other and that probably benefits Wilder more than it does Ortiz.

              Thoughts??

Lol you just told Michael Jordan how to play basketball, son

He got ktfo with an uppercut. Fatigue didn't punch him on the chin.

I believe Ortiz and the punches that Wilder landed, some were illegal including the punch that initially hurt the Cuban. However, the fight should have been stopped or Ortiz could have been seriously hurt. Lastly, Wilder has to be favored more than he was in the first fight because he seems to be getting more dangerous while Ortiz is only getting older. Ortiz winning this weekends fight is not a foregone conclusion, but smart money will be on Wilder.

                    Of course...

... in the 7th, Ortiz went all in, as he landed 22 of those 36 power punches he threw (i.e. 61.1%!!!)...

He looked tired at the end, but that uppercut knocked him out. A spade is a spade.
