This is why Joe is a fraud. N'dam was in his late 30's a middleweight who has low punch resistance, you can't fool hardcore fans into thinking that that was a competitive fight. He's also someone that they'd had in for sparring a lot before so they knew they'd beat him easily. Groves was injured. Now Joe ducking the BJS fight. They don't want to fight anyone that's why Joe is a fraud, it's his whole MO. He's a fitness coach, and will always loose at the top level. Nothing wrong with being a fitness / nutrition coach, that's basically what Adam Booth is huh?

Deluded if he think's that Canelo will go to Anfield or anywhere in the U.K. They are not the A side and can't call the shots. Deluded.

Gallagher doing a good job of talking down a Saunders fight; wonder why? There's a couple of other 168 champs never seemed to get mentioned either . . .

I don't think they'd get Canelo to Anfield. Ginger nuts himself would probably be interested in fighting in front of 60,000 fans being as loud as only UK sports fans can be, but there's no way Golden Boy gives up home advantage. DAZN would play to the bigger audience as well, and I'm not sure Canelo's Mexican and US fans would want to watch him fight around 12:00 local time.

Hearn said Gallagher thinks Saunders is a very tricky fight, this was even when Saunders was with Warren. He said for the money Saunders brings, they’re more likely to look at other/easier fights.

Gallagher is Smith’s manager, not just his trainer. So he’s obviously got more financial interest in it, so he will avoid high risk & low reward fights.

But the thing is, Saunders is one of the biggest fights out there for him, especially in the UK. From the fights that fight at 168, or can go to 168, there’s only really GGG and Canelo that are bigger fights. I think the public would probably be more interested in Smith v BJS than guys like Jacobs, Benavidez etc.. especially when it’s a british unification fight, held in the UK.

160-168 is pretty thin on big draws, apart from Canelo and GGG.

GGG would be the stadium fight I think.

Besides Smith, has Gallagher had any prolonged success as a trainer after Quigg? Seems like every time I see him in a corner, his fighter loses.
