    A second choice/replacement fighter.
Oh.. I see what u are saying. But Ortiz is a terrible choice for a replacement! He would have beat AJ worse than Ruiz did!

Ortiz by 3 million...cause uf he really wanted Ortiz

Fast Eddie would have picked Ortiz initially for MSG instead of Miller

      You Brits are soooo dumb...

Even Fury didn't take on the old man in any tune up fights in last 2 yrs

      Arum /Warren aint no fool...

Whyte ducked his eliminator w him to proove my point

I dont see any matchroom pansy boys fighting Ortiz at least until 3 more knock out losses or 2022

Wilder may have to fight Ortiz again

      Like old school style

      Graziano vs Zale
      Robinson vs Lamotta
      Greb vs Tunney
      ALI vs Frazier

      Chad in Vegas
Exactly! Now I can type less! That was spot on!

If it does (to YOU) then you are very new to this "sport".

Care to list some of the "elite level" he should test himself against?
I've been following the sport for over 30 years and used to box as a cruiser/heavyweight as a youngster.

          Wilder has been Champion for a record amount of time, but has sat on his single belt and avoided unification fights with;
          Klitschko
          Parker
          Joshua

In his entire career he has only fought two worthy heavyweights, Fury and Ortiz. He is virtually untested at the top level.

Maybe he's better than I believe he is, we'll never know though because he doesn't fight the best out there.

He is a fraud and a paper champ until he proves otherwise.

Don't be surprised if Ortiz pops the post fight test.

Its one of the reasons wilder don't want anything to do with him.

That is YOUR elite or "top level"?
                  OK.
                  Klitschko is a HAS BEEN...

                  Parker..Really.Really.... OK

Joshua.. i am a Joshua fan but it will be a repeat of Lennox Lewis v Bruno except this ends in a really BRUTAL fashion.
Would love to be wrong here cos i like Joshua.

Like him or hate him, Wilder is LEGIT but i hope Ortiz pulls off the upset.

Yes, I consider heavyweight champions as the best heavyweights. If you have one belt, most people want to do their best to collect the others, Deontay doesn't.

He had plenty of time to fight Klitschko, he's been champ for years now.
Parker was an unbeaten Champion, at that point in time he could only be considered one of boxing elite.

Again, Wilder sat on the sidelines avoiding all other champions. Wait long enough and they'll all retire.

He either has no drive and ambition or that golden chicken mask he wears represents his true persona.

AJ fought those champions, why didn't Wilder get there first?
