I love Valdez and think he is very good fighter. BUT, Berchelt is a rare breed. A fighter that comes to be ever so often. Berchelt will beat Valdez in a dog fight. Valdez will show his courage and fight with heart, but the pure and natural talent in Berchelt will take Valdez’s heart and break him down. Berchelt by a stoppage in deep waters.

Valdez is too athletic for Berchelt. As long as Valdez doesnt stand and trade too often, he should win, if Valdez is still with the Reynosos, theyll have a good gameplan.

Berchelt will be as big as Scott Quigg was when he fought Valdez, except Miguel is a better version. Even if Valdez has grown some and gained some strategy, I would still see Berchelt as the clear favorite.

Hope we get this next Spring! Seems Berchelt was not in a hurry to fight Lomachenko, so this will be a good substitute!
