Setting aside from natural factors (i.e. calendar/date, life span, etc.), is GrandPac's chance to become the only boxer to be a titleholder in 4 decades from AD 1990s-2020s secured?

WBA doesn't have mandatory challenger for him and chances of him getting stripped before January 1, 2020 is close to 0%, and that his next fight would happen March or April 2020...

Depending on how you define the decades... if it's 1990-1999, 2000-2009, 2010-2019, 2020-2029 then it's 4 decades... but if it's define as 1991-2000, 2001-2010, 2011-2020 then it's only 3 decades so far...
