I remember Ring magazine hyping up Wilfredo Gomez like he could beat Salvador. I couldnt wait for that fight because I knew Salvadore would KO him. Sanchez was awesome.

Sanchez is in the Hall not only because of what he HAS DONE, but also because of what HE COULD HAVE DONE.

Great as those in the Hall with him are, I think few can have that exact same thing said of them.

The 3rd best featherweight of all time and he could have easily been #1 if he had lived longer and had a fight with Pedroza.

Erik Morales seems to fight in a similar fashion as Salvadore Sanchez, although Erik seems a bit quicker.

I wasn't lucky enough to watch all of his fights like most of you but i have heard and read so much about this guy and how great he was and could have been. I watched this documentary about him like a year ago and I remembered I got a little teary eyed watching it and hearing all his freinds and family talking about him. Even that video got me choked up a little.
