dino, like most of the guys here think of boxing as black and white. they don't understand that the mentality of a fighter is just as important.

I think that people (in general not insulting anybody that posts on these boards) invest too much in a fighter's bad performance and/or loss. My example is Shane Mosley. People said he was "exposed" against Forrest, but imo, it simply showed that Mosley has trouble against that style. Shane was no worse as a fighter, but it was shown that he was vulnerable against a certain kind of opponent. On the other hand, I was never convinced Harris was a world class fighter. His win on Saturday night did nothing to change my mind. He beat a guy that he should have beaten. The last time he fought a guy he should have beaten he lost... that makes him 50% in fights he should have won... not all too impressive.

These posters (90% of people here) are funny as hell. I remember when Harris got knocked out by Maussa most of the people here were claiming how big of a bum Harris was and now they are claiming Harris is good and all of that. Now everyone is claiming he would beat Hatton & Cotto and all this ****. THis just proves that mostly everyone here is ******ed.

Harris got his ass handed to him many years ago by Zab Judah. So not that many had high expectations to begin with.

yup, i hear ya. i totally ***in agree with. its mostly a whole bunch of teenagers who think they know boxing but really dont know a GOD damn thing about it, plain and simple. its sad to say but thats the truth.
