  • Would you be against a Canelo-BJS fight next?

Both just won fights in November and I'm sure Hearn and GB can get a deal done quickly.

At this point, I want anybody to shut BJS up.

Definitely for it. BJS looked awful in his last fight but against Lemieux he proved he’s a threat to anyone in the world.

        At 168? Sure.

We all know te outcome anyways. But would be fun seeing BJS 's face being crushed

or is lemieux just really a C level fighter? i look at lemiuex and dont see a semi impressive win....i see some recognizable names....but nothing impressive in the W column to me

whos to say andrade wouldnt do the same thing to lemiuex that bjs did? or charlo wouldnt?

I would expect Andrade to do the same thing and I expect Andrade to be a threat to anyone in the world as well. I think Charlo might do something similar as well, although I would expect that fight to be much closer.

The point is we don’t always have the pleasure of watching two elite guys fight to decide who will fight the superstar next. In fact, with an opponent like Canelo on the horizon, none of these guys will fight each other for fear of losing the big money shot.

So we have to use the eyeball test against other name fighters.

The way BJS beat Lemieux is the way I would expect a top of his class, potentially top p4p type fighter to beat Lemieux. So I think that was enough to show that BJS is a potential threat to anyone.

                  Nope

Great fight. Despite the inconsistency of BJS, at his best he has the style and movement to ask Canelo questions he hasn’t had for a while.

If Saunders is at his best, Canelo better have his judges on standby

Totally fair and Lemieux might just be hot garbage. We really don’t know. That was supposed to be a 50-50 fight with BJS and he lost every second, so maybe that’s on him more than anything.
