Pulev and Usyk should be forced to fight each other.

They should fight the Interim IBF and WBO titles, so if the winner of Joshua/Ruiz refuses to fight them they will lose 2 of the 3 titles

Both have earned their right to a title shot . Neither man fights for the same network. Fight would be difficult to make.

Pulev won a final eliminator over a year ago. Why should he fight another eliminator because usyk decided to move up in weight

So they will be fighting for a title shot that they already earned?

who have they really fought to earn the fight?? fighting for the Interim titles could very well make them champions, if Ruiz wins he'll probably fight Wilder on PPV

Pulev beat hughie fury (after whyte and miller turned down the fight)
Wbo have a ruling where if a champion moves up in weight he becomes mandatory.

Dazn have invested in usyk and espn in pulev, why would either let the other fight on a rival network. It doesnt happen unless its a huge money making fight which its not

They’ve fought the people on their resume and the sanctioning bodies gave them a title shot. Your logic suggests that if two nobodies fight each other the winner somehow becomes a credible name...
