I don't know if that's true - but if so... what's the deal with Frenchise champion? Are They "beyond" the testing as well?
If that's true, men that's some major bull****. I'd like to hear confirmation or maybe some proof that Max was just talking out of his ass?

There wasn't during the summer.

They signed up for it in September, so for the last 1 month & a half, there was testing.

It was late, but they had it.
