Canelo would be vulnerable in most divisions he competes in if the playing field was fair. This is no different, as with Jones Canelo is picking his mark, thats boxing and they ALL pick their mark a lot of the time especially jumping weight classes, weight is a a bit of a loose Cannon that can blow your head off if youre not careful and Canelo is not a LH.
