Canelo would struggle with the equally slick but faster BJS, unless he was able to hurt him early and scare him off a bit. It would probably be a super tactical fight that would draw boos and end with Canelo winning the decision.

Saunders hasn't earned the right besides Canelo has decided to stay at light heavy. I think they are trying to lure Ward out if retirement so watch this space. Andrade should come up to Super middle and retire Saunders.

You don't earn the right to fight Canelo until you've been in the ring with father time and aren't quite the monster you were, willing to take a dive, or never posed a threat to begin with.

I don't think canelo wants it with any of the higher ranked 168 boxers.

Smith, Saunders, Plant, Benavidez.

All tough fights for Canelo, I feel. I would be truly surprised if he made light work of any of those 4. Even Saunders, who I don't think is very good but he somehow manages to win.

Plant is 100% the hardest fight for him though.
