Actually you don’t know that Hauser is an auxiliary member for BWAA and FOTD approval, and he’s also on record per Macklin’s podcast to say he thought Pac was on stuff.

Hauser knows Pac wasn’t subject to advanced anti doping before 2011.

Really impressive knockout, but - truthfully - it said more about where Kovalev is than Canelo as Canelo couldn't even meaningfully hurt Jacobs or GGG...Kovalev is officially shot now
Kovalev risked more power punching than GGG or Jacobs. U can’t knock on Canelo because he made them all miss..

Guess what they all have in common, jab fest gameplans. Kovalev didn’t start the tone for jab fests, that was GGG.

I read this article. Hauser works for ******, which is owned by Canelo's promoter. This is why he didn't mention anything about Canelo testing positive for PED's on his "path to greatness".

Hauser should investigate whether the Mexican meat story is actually true. Then again he is going to write what his bosses tell him to.

Sad to see a once great boxing writer be reduced to a paid shill over the last 10-15 years. I guess he has to do that in order to make a living as boxing occupies a smaller part of the sports landscape.

Fighting Lara would have been the equivalent of Canelo fighting Kovalev. JROCK is still in his prime unlike Kovalev

You can’t use Lara because Canelo already beat him. Jrock or Harrison

take away his controversial wins (lara, gggx2, and trout) and all he has is an old past prime kovalev, old bloated war torn cotto, and danny jacobs!! and only KO'ed the old kovalev who was outboxing him before he got KO'ed wow. easily weakest fotd EVER!!!!
Mmm. Roy popped in 2000, man, though I ain't quite sure if it was before or after he was named FOTD.

I don't think it's confirmed that either of 'em deliberately cheated though.

                  It's boxing, facts don't matter.

Just comparing the similar points in their careers. Lara is a former excellent fighter on the downslide and been stopped recently. Jrock is still fresh. Harrison never hit the highs of Kovalev Imo. He got a gift vs Charlo I thought.

What did Roy pop for? Was it that Andro stuff that we could get OTC back then? I used that stuff for a minute and saw some good gains but went off after a bit and lost it all of course.
