Wilder overcame it when the dr stopped the fight after giving wilder 1 minute to recover in between rounds and instead of checking on him in between the round he gave wilder an extra 21 seconds to recover with that bs . All vs a what ,43 year old ortiz .

We all saw how he over came it. Through cheating.

And thats the only reason why they give Ortiz a rematch. They themselves admit that they cheated.

U can tell when someone hates on a boxer. U find things to say he was helped or they cheated. Smh. Ortiz never knocked him down. Never. So how was he helped? Give him credit for taking the punches and coming back to get the KO.

I’m looking forward to the rematch here - will be interesting to see how Ortiz fights. I think he exhausted himself more than he was hurt for the stoppage last time. It certainly wasn’t a typical Wilder stoppage anyway. If Ortiz has something left in the tank and can pace himself better then who knows! (He has looked awful recently mind)

Everybody saw him get help. That BS stunt may sneak past the casuals but not the real boxing fans. We know shady when we see it.

But you are correct, ortiz hit him with some good shots he did do well to stay on his feet. I don't think that chin is as bad as ppl say.

If Ortiz survives first 4 rounds, that could be interesting.

when big money is in jeopardy, the money steps in. ortiz is right, he would have won that fight. i like wilder but i like ortiz better. hope ortiz gets the KO in a legit fight and not like that alvarez kov fight.
