I didnt want him to rush into the Loma fight. Still got lots to learn. But hes very confident as is his training team. Lets be honest these guys know more about themselves than we do. They have also accepted that WBC belt now, now we in that place where we can call him green but we call him a world champ too, you put yourself up there then there is no place for claiming to not be ready for the big fights. Thats the crap Wilder and Finkel pulled.

And to be honest if Haney is still trying to make a name for himself beating Loma will do that a hell of alot of good and if he is to lose to Loma it is far from the end of the world and no big shame at all.

Everyone can have a night off, i'm not going to crucify the guy, but based on yestarday he needs about a million years to be ready for Loma.
Alfredo Santiago beat former WBA feather champ Jonathan Victor Barros in 2018, Santiago didn't win a single round against a injured Devin Haney! Haney nearly stopped Santiago with one good arm, this after another shut-out against the undefeated and dangerous Zaur Abdullaev less than two months ago.

I don't know what you guys want, Haney is ready and deserve his shot ; BUMCHENKO needs to stop running from Devin Haney!

The amount of ignorance in this thread is humiliating to the sport of boxing. You guys are actually pathetic how you let your hate for a fighter blind you that much.

Anyone who thinks he wouldn't give Lomachenko a good fight either genuinely knows nothing about the sport of boxing or is out-right delusional. The Santiago guy made a good showing for himself, and this performance will actually help him get some fights believe it or not, because he is very tough and he is no joke. Haney is just THAT good.

If Lomachenko wants to unify ALL the belts like Terence Crawford was able to do then he needs to see Haney at some point.

How about you fight someone in the top 10 and then top 5 first.

You still ain't fought anyone ranked in the top 25.

            Haney is a Fraud.

Talking the big game but refuses to step up after 4 years and 24 fights of being pro.

As for Loma, he has bigger fish to fry, and Haney is only a goldfish.

And unlike Haney, Loma wants the real challenges and does not want to pad his record.

              Exactly...

I don't get what these boxing "fans" are on sometimes. It literally doesn't even make sense.

Haney has won as many world titles as Logan Paul.

He is much of a Champion as Caitlyn Jenner is a woman.

So Lomachenko isn't in the top 5?

I don't understand your logic it is honestly borderline ******ed. How does Haney not want to step up and challenge himself if he wants to fight Lomachenko right now?

EDIT: Are you just a troll or something? Having fun? Lol.

So you have Lopez beating Commey? That will make Lopez > Haney right now at 135 beat somebody like Commey

He has the WBC lightweight belt around his waist right now. That's the bottom line.
