Kid needs a plan. He has a very bright future but he's not ready for Loma quite yet. Fortuna is a tough fight.

I wonder why some fans wanted 14-0 Teofimo Lopez to fight Lomachenko, yet they don't want Bumchenko to face the rightful challenger Devin 'The Dream' Haney, who unlike Lopez actually is a world-champion and is far more experienced now having a title defense, with a record of 24-0.

He, he, he not ready doe!

At this point Haney is just looking to cash out lmao. Everybody that saw the fight knows Loma would embarrass this kid and brutally knock him out. Hell the kid probably couldn't even Rigo.

Devin Haney shut-out a prime undefeated Alfredo Santiago with a injured shoulder on a weeks notice. Devin deserves respect, he is the youngest lightweight champion seeking the best available opponents in the lightweight division -- cashing-out? Haney is not even in his prime.

At this Point Loma should just humble him like Floyd HUMBLED Canelo...

Prime? undefeated? dude was 12-0 with 4 kos and never fought anyone outside his country. Don't overhype the dude, it was supposed to be an easy night and Haney didn't look like all that hype is justified.

Everyone can have a night off, i'm not going to crucify the guy, but based on yestarday he needs about a million years to be ready for Loma.

Doesn’t look ready for Loma, but so what?

If they wanna make that fight and he feels confident then let him try. Is there any shame in losing to Lomachenko? it might even benefit him. Canelo’s loss to Floyd hasn’t really done him any harm.

We slate guys for wanting to pad records, then as soon as a young fighter wants to fight the best, we say they shouldn’t.

To be realistic though, the way he was lunging in last night and the shots he was getting caught with, a think Ryan Garcia would be a tough fight for him right now, never-mind Loma.
