Kept it classy. Got to give him credit. I want to see the cards.

Saunders is a jobber, we’ll see how he does when the competition goes up again cuz this version gets beat by Canelo, Jacobs, Smith, and Plant
The KO was spectacular though so good for him for shutting me up a little!

but yeah I agree..he's one of those guys/styles where I really don't think too much of his "off" performances. Again, I didn't see all of this one, he may have looked legit bad

In an ideal world BJS and Callum Smith would fight a unification in May, and the winner gets to fight Canelo in September. That way Canelo can get the GGG trilogy out of the way in May.

As usual people seemingly incapable of being objective when it comes to Saunders. I'm not about to make excuses for this crap performance which was a weird sort of regression to Akavov 2016 territory, but there is clear empirical evidence to counter the claims that he "looks garbage at 168" and "lacks ring IQ". Hell, there's a world of difference between his performance at 168 vs Isufi back in May (which I'd gauge as about 90% Lemieux) and tonight. Mannix specifically mentioned he'd been sick leading into this fight in the post-fight interview and I don't know how much that was an actual factor, but I'm sure since it's Saunders we won't give that benefit of doubt, right? But yes, I've resigned myself to his annoying inconsistency and that mentally he may be one to buckle on the big stage. And yes, the other top dogs at 168 and Canelo should (rightfully) be licking their chops right now based on tonight. Yeesh.
