As expected: Inoue wants unification vs Oubaali next...

Reminds me of Donaire avenging his brother’s loss to Darchinyan.
I don’t mind this fight, family pride. Though imo the Monster wins easilyComment

I think that's gonna be how most people see it going provided the eye damge doesn't cause Naoya to lose a step or become too cautious or anything. Takuma's not really in the same league as Naoya and he still gave Nordine a fairly tough outing. Oubaali's definitely legit though, just not quite on that level for my money.Comment

I was just going to say that. He needs time to heal. I remember Danny Romero losing his undefeated record to a lower tier fighter because his socket was fractured in the fight. Then he was not the same anymoreComment

Ha well. Guess they get some schit right then...
Let's see know... TBRB got Nordine at #5 but they ain't updated yet. That said it's a busy month at the top of Bantam with Nery(#2) vs Rodriguez(#8) on 23rd and Tete (#3) vs Casimero (#7) on the 30th.
Damn man... that will be every single one of the top 8 bantams who have fought or are fighting each other within the space of 1 month, would that we could see that kinda ish in the monied divisions. If that shizzle happened at Welter some of our US friends would be calling this the greatest month in boxing history.
Guess I should probably wait before ranking Nordine #3 cos there's just too much potential for change in the next few weeks.

HOLY SHEET, Look at the names on that list. This has to be the strongest division in the sport right now. I hope Inoue gets that fight next, another unification and avenge his brother. Brilliant. How long would we have to wait though? Is that news about his orbital proven fact or baseless rumour?
UPDATE: @naoyainoue_410 suffered a right eye orbital fracture with the 2R left hook. Fortunately, it doesn’t need surgery. He received stitches for the cut above his right eye & also had his nose broken... #InoueDonaire #DramaInSaitama #AliTrophy https://t.co/HSbjzyz8kw pic.twitter.com/g8tVfDmH4z

“The doctor said there would be no need for surgery, but I’ll have a re-examination after a month,” Inoue, who consulted the specialist on Friday, told the press. “Then I will decide my training schedule thereafter.”Last edited by MDPopescu; 11-12-2019, 02:03 AM.Comment
