Would current day Pacman be too much for retired Floyd?

Pacman is looking evergreen right now, coming off a great win over Keith Thurman. Floyd looked to have lost a step against Conor McGregor two years ago. Surely two years off on top of that would only accelerate his decline? He's also got one of those weird, middle-aged skinny/fat physiques developing. If we got Floyd vs. Manny II, in May 2020, would Floyd have a chance?

Somebody who likes money a lot, doesn't want to take a fight that will make him a lot of money.

It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out why.
