lol, genetic deficit...Brock Lesnar was the UFC HW champion and is gentically a superior specimen to 99.9% of human beings...he was 290lbs of muscle and could run 4.7second 40metres and a 10' standing long jump. It clearly isn't genetics, just by chance. Blonde hair AND blue eyes isn't the majority of Europe by any stretch of the imagination, mostly they are in northern Europe which are peaceful, socialist states...so not many men into combat sports for the last few centuries.

If a particular sport is a part of your culture, you will produce more champions. If your talent pool is of 1,000,000 kids competing from a young age to become pro boxers, you will produce more than a culture of people where only 1,000 kids are competing to become pro boxers. Povetkin is hardly suffering from a genetic deficit, he's an Olympic champion.

If you wanna get into a debate on genetic deficits you'll have most races crying themselves to sleep to deal with the pain.
