Donaire showed his veteran skills. He looked huge compared to Inoue, rocked him a couple of times.

Both guys showed heart.

Was surpised at the lack of body shots from Inoue. The only thing that bothered me was the ref getting in the way when Donaire hadn't taken a knee yet.

Thought it was way better than Taylor v Prograis which was a good competitive fight but a bit overrated, not the FOTY that some were claiming

My God what a beautiful fight. Both fighters came to win. There was no trash talk or bad blood, nothing but respect to both guys. They both exceeded expectations. Donaire lasting the distance and hurting Inoue, and Inoue answering a lot of questions about his chin and heart.

Great fight, was a bit funny how the Referee protected Donaire when he was hurt and assumed he was going to take a knee..... which he did several seconds later..... watching Inoue want to bull rush and free shot Donaire was funny (maybe the Ref did the right thing after all ).
