Why is there a 4th judge?

Because it’s the final and instead of it ending in a draw, the final judges card will say who wins the fight if the first 3 have it a draw. The 4th is a WBSS judge

I’m not sure how it affects the official fight result on their records if it’s a draw and it goes to the 4th judge though
