Then you have the current IBF flyweight champ Moruti Mthalane, 11 years later in 2019 still on top despite getting stopped by Donaire over a decade ago. Nonito swept through the lighter-weights up to 122 when he faced the #1. jr. featherweight Toshiaki Nishioka and became lineal of the 122 division.

Yep, still going strong at 36 years coming down to Bantamweight from Featherweight, challenging the top 2 P4P Naoya Inoue. RECOGNIZE!

he belongs in the Hall of Fame. what a warrior and he always showed up and truly tried to win. He was getting whooped against Rigo but kept trying. he was a lot like Trinidad but smaller/better.

I wish Donaire had not gone up to featherweight. He was small at 122. Donaire could have wrecked some more names and taken less punishment. Mares, Rigo rematch. He would be viewed even higher.
