Lomachenko's team made it known a while back that they intended to move back to 130. The decision was made months prior to Haney picking up sanction recognition or Gervonta's move to 135 If Lomachenko is at 130 and Ellerbe won't allow the fight at 130, how exactly does that fight get made?
