Although the two don't really mix due to the wording on the second, I chose:
An All-Time Great
Has-been who should retire

He was phenomenal in his prime. But now, no matter what anyone says, his reflexes have really gone to hell. Well not really, they're still impressive, but nowhere near the point at which they were before. He cannot stand up to the great fighters of today right now. He should retire for the good of his name.
