Ward has a lawsuit going against his insurer after his insurer denied his disability claim that would of given him millions of dollars.

Ward would have to drop his lawsuit if he returned to the ring and the suit is already deep into the court process. So no way is Ward fighting Alvarez.

I thought fighting those 4 guys above was the biggest farce Andre Ward ever pulled in his career, but he managed to outdo himself in the fraud department with insurance fraud and wants to get paid for NOT fighting with fake disability claims. Of course the insurance company took him to court, you think they just going to give up money that easy? they wouldnt be in business if they just handed out money to perfectly healthy athletes who want to be paid to do nothing.
