Well if it's true I hope he comes back 100% to live a normal life and retire from boxing. I mean, it is very unusual that a star like Spence hasn't shown any pics from the hospital for his fans. Like a smile or thumbs up. I don't know what to make of it.

Rick Glaser, boxing insider, posted the same thing today on Facebook.

Obviously they are hiding Spence and trying desperately to rebuild him. But if he was on good shape and recovered, they would have showed him to us by now. Very concerned he's in bad shape.

It’s in his best interest that his injuries would/should be downplayed. Nothing about his health would shock me, getting injected from a speeding Ferrari is no joke.

Considering the damage of the car he lucky he alive or doesn't have severe injurys.

I agree with other posters. If the injuries were minor and he’s totally fine, there should be interviews, twitter msgs, and pics all over by now.
