If fixed means they handed Kovalev a bunch of cash and Sergei agreed to fall at a specific time or before 12 rounds, the answer is "hell no, it wasn't fixed".

But, if fixed means that both parties had a reasonable expectation of what would likely happen when a 36 year old fighter has a tough camp, then a war where he almost gets knocked out, then zero recovery time (which also affects negatively any camp right after)...
