I did enjoy the fight before the main event very much! It was my favorite of the night just because there was more action

im no jones fan but he did take badi out of his pressure plan

he worked the body well

moved and crossed badi's feet

soon thereafter badi collapsed became frustrated and continued to low blow for which 3 points were taken

The body shots took a toll on Badi. I remember Badi telling Buddy he can't breath and he was very frustrated the whole fight. Roy did what he needed to, and don't call me Tarver, BUT GIVE THE MAN HIS RESPECT!!

I think I lost my mind after the 2nd round . At first I wanted Roy to just get his 50 and get out of there, but after beating Badi who is ranked top 15 in some governing boxing bodies might as well say 'hell why not give it a try?'

Well like I said, he should retire. That would be the right thing to do at 37. But that not what he wants to do, he made that clear after the fight. So we will see what happens...

Roy doesnt take those risks to try and knock out a guy. I admit Badi was trying to purposely get himself disqualified but had he kept punching like he did in the first it would have been closer. The referee was an idiot too, as soon as they got in close he broke them up, he wouldnt even let themselves punch there way out.

your right the ref was annoying

but badi wasn't punching when they got close

maybe one time the ref broke them up while punching

Reminded me a bit of the Contender...no defense, but yes it was a very nice fight to set up the Main event. Helluva body shot too.

hey man this was a damn good card. all the preliminary fights were very exciting. you don't have to have this blind hatred towards roy or the card man, good fights are good fights.

Bwa hahaha, the infamous statements... I'm hating on Roy, despite there being no evidence. The undercard, while ending in KO's, were all bums. I can watch FNF and WNF to watch bums fights that will probably have a KO.

Seriously though, my sandwich was delicious. It's far superior to that fight card.

Jones said in an interview that he doesn't try to go for the KO because of what happened to his best friend the G-Man.

He's Back. Roy Jones Jr. is back, I watched him take the belt away from Badi in all 12 rounds. You can make an argument bout the first round, but what do all the haters gotta say now? The interview is making me wonder, who do you think he'll fight now? I beleive Roy silenced all critics tonight..So haters lets just say you got...

he should have been able to knock this guy out. the moment he faces a puncher he'll eat the canvas again. no hate just an honest opinion like it or not
