To me neither one is even close to being the best fighter of the decade and Canelo is much better than Ward plus he does not use dirty illegal tactics like Ward does.

Ward has better clear win (2nd fight) over a prime opponent in Kovalev, but Canelo probably has more wins over elite competition.
