Nel o is nearly level with Floyd legacy wise now
Floyd will always have that blowout win against him it can only throw more shine the more that Canelo achieves, can you imagine if Canelo wins another bunch of titles and unified LHW and then retires the most accomplished fighter in history with 1 loss.

The history books dont hold grudges they just reflect the numbers.

I have Floyd at #26 on my all time great rankings but as Pacquiao and Canelo continues to add to their legacies it helps boost Floyd’s cuz he easily took them both to school when he was past his prime!

When Canelo and Pacman retires officially and have their resumes stacked up, I will likely boost Floyd to # 24 or #23 on my all time great rankings!

I have Pacquiao at #28 but could see him get boosted higher if Thurman gets a big win down the road or if Pacquiao fights Danny Garcia and gets a stoppage!

Floyd has one of greatest resumes of modern sports history!

People can say what they want but anyone’s resume can get nitpicked to death!

When Pacquiao won Fighter of the Decade over him, Mayweather said, "How can he be Fighter of the Decade, when he got beat in the Decade?!"

Canelo lost this decade to Mayweather himself, so I think he'll have mixed feelings this time. On one hand, he'll lose his last shot at a Fighter if the Decade award to another opponent he beat. But on the other hand, that Canelo win on his resume continues to appreciate in value over time. Mayweather will end up being the only person with a win over Canelo while Canelo was in his 20s.

Mayweathers win over Canelo is like when Salcido beating Lomachenko both were Apprentice pro's but Salcido wasn't weight drained though

Floyd fights the clock. He holds down the defend button the whole fight and throws a jab once in awhile.

Can anyone else in the history of the sport compare??
